At Eternal Life Hospice, our philosophy revolves around honoring individual choices in patient care, involving the patient, their loved ones, caregivers, and our hospice team. We prioritize respect and dignity throughout the entire end-of-life journey.
As part of our commitment to patient choice, we offer assistance with medical aid in dying (MAID). This option allows competent adults with terminal illnesses to request a prescription for a lethal dose of medication from a physician. Under the End of Life Option Act guidelines, qualified individuals may obtain this medication from their attending physician, who complies with specific regulations established by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). Our Hospice-trained physicians are also available for in-home consultations as needed.
Our team of hospice professionals provides comprehensive support, including pain management and spiritual support. If patient conditions change, our experienced nurses and doctors will adjust personalized care plans as needed.
We focus on ensuring all of our patients are pain-free and resting comfortably in the comfort of their homes.
Hospice care, also known as comfort care, becomes viable once all other medical treatments have been explored. It alleviates suffering and greatly improves the quality of life for individuals facing a serious, complex illness toward the end of their life.
Our hospice services are delivered in the comforting environment of patients’ homes and include the following, all covered entirely by Medicare and other insurance. This means zero out-of-pocket expenses for the patient and their family.

We believe that every individual deserves to pass away pain-free and with dignity. That’s why our dedicated hospice team greatly considers individual care needs when crafting a care plan. We are committed to ensuring that our patients and their families receive all the support they need.
They run a tight ship. Loving and knowledgeable team. They have very modern state-of-the-art medical equipment, which was amazing.
